Warranty terms & conditions -please kindly brief me up on this issue. If there are defective batteries , how will you replace us the defective battery ? Will you provth the warranty certificate? 2. what is the failure rate for your batteries ?3. How many days can I store the battery without charging ? Is there any process for storing this batteries ?Do we need to recharge every 3-6 months? 4. which countries has your company exported batteries to ?If the price is workable , we shall place a trial order of mix pieces 10-20piece each.
