Dear Seller, How are you doing? We hope you are doing well! We have a RWA BUYER URGENT REQUEST Here are the RWA BUYER Procedures ' Hi, Al and Team CLAUSE 7 – CIF TRANSACTION TERMS & PROCEDURES 1. Buyer issues a letter of intent (LOI), and Irrevocable Confirmed Purchase Order (ICPO) and Customer Information Sheet (CIS) upon receipt of a Full Corporate offer (FCO) from the Seller. 2. Seller will carry out Due Diligence (DD), and approve Buyers documents. Buyer will issue Draft Sales and purchase Agreement to buyer, Buyer will review and returns signed contract to Seller 3. Seller reviews signed contract acknowledged and legalize it through the ministry of energy of the Russian Federation. Cost of legalization shall be borne by the Seller. 4. The Below Notarized listed PPOP by the Russia Export Control Department is released for Buyer confirmation. (a) Refinery Commitment to Supply (b) Certificate of Origin (c) Seller export license (d) Quality and Quantity Report (Product Passport) (e) Statement of Product Availability (f) Authorization to Sell and collect 5. Buyer issues Bank Instrument DLC MT700 or MT760 within 5 Business working days to seller’s Bank account. All Parties involved sign the NCNDA IMFPA. Seller will release to buyer the Following Documents after (a) Ship Certificates (b) Cargo Declaration (c) Fresh SGS Report (d) Charter Party Agreement (e) Ownership Certificate (f) Title Transfer Affidavit (g) Product Allocation Certificate (h) Ullage Report (I) Notice of Readiness (j) Customs Declaration Certificate. 6. Shipment commences as per contract schedule. 7. Within 72 hours (3 business working days) of Vessel arrival, Buyer will release payment via MT103 after CIQ SGS at the destination before final custom clearance from the buyers preferred destination port of discharge. port. 8. Seller pays the commission to all intermediaries involved in the transaction within 24 hours’ after confirmation of buyer's payment and Seller transfers full title to the Buyer.
