It is now seeking more suppliers of iron ore around the globe. The prospective supplier should: 1. be a mine owner. In the case of a trading company, it must be a large corporation with exnt history of performance record and must show proof of ability to supply continuously.2. agree to adopt Buyer's purchase contract, but negotiations and revisions allowed, subject to consensus between both parties;3. be able to provide past SGS, past performance record, past BL, etc.4. agree to provide full corporate information and agree to Buyer's visiting the mining facilities BEFORE final contract.Brokers who refuse to disclose seller's corporate info will not be considered.
