2009, it was when we at Ziptex-A (A Start up), manufactured its first set of Nylon Long Chain Zippers in the city of Surat, “The textile capital of India”.
Ziptex-A is a professional Zipper manufacturing company integrated with modern production line along with a dynamic research and a vibrant marketing wing.
Ziptex-A, started its operations with the capacity of just about 7.2 Metric Tons per month as a trial project, however on this day in 2022, with a dynamic leadership of our Founder and Entrepreneur Mr. Abhishek Vakharia a post graduate from London, Major in Corporate Global Strategy in International Marketing, Ziptex-A now has installed capacity to produce more 180 Metric Tons of Zippers every month. That is roughly 350,000 Meters each day.
A substantial growth of 200% YOY was achieved till date. Big thanks to all our customers.
We cater the ever growing Industries such as the garment industry the luggage industry the packaging industry and the home textiles, by supplying high quality nylon and the plastic zipper of all kinds.
To name just a few, We are a proud vendor of Tata Tea, associated in the packaging industry, VIP Industries, Safari, Samsonite, American Tourists in the luggage industry and the likes of IKEA in the Home Textiles.
With the help of about 120 employees and 250 production lines, our presence is felt in the offshore bazaars of Asia, Europe and the America.
