We mainly deal with the production, processing and marketing of mould steel and special steel. Our office is located in the prosperous center of Huangshi City. Equipment: 1) Melting machines: MF furnaces, refining furnaces, vacuum degassing furnaces and electro slag furnaces. 2) Steel processing devices: hydraulic forging hammers and hydraulic forging machines. 3) Complementary production machines: continuous heating furnaces, bottom heating furnaces, chamber furnaces, annealing furnaces and finishing facilities. 4) Mechanical processing machines: electric grinding wheel peeling machines, electric band saws, milling machines and lathes. We also have some other detecting machines for advanced chemical analysis and physical property analysis. Our total assets are more than 120 million Yuan. Our company can produce hundreds of kinds of products, including cold work die steel, hot work die steel, plastic mould steel and alloy steel. Our annual production capacity is about 50,000 tons of mould steel, 20,000 tons of forging materials, 20,000 tons of rolling materials and 10,000 tons of formed forgings. Formed forgings of shaft and disc types Staff: We have 550 staff members. Among them more than 100 members possess college certificate or above.
