Perma Pork is seeking to build long term relationships with companies in food service and retail. 'OlivePork' is the farm and companies brand of pork. The pigs are raised in Ireland and fed a special diet that has been developed by Colin Marry. The main ingredient is olives from Greece which improves the flavour of the pork. However, the pork is also high in Omega 3 because of the diet, four times higher than traditional pork. The farm is also working to achieve antibiotic free certification.
Perma Pork is working with approval plants for export into Europe and Asian markets (Vietnam, Philippines, Singapore, Japan). We are seeking introductions to potential companies who are looking for a long term supplier of high quality pork so the 'OlivePork' brand can be built in the market place.
The pork must be purchased in 6 part carcass: 2 bone in shoulders, 2 bone in middles, 2 bone in legs. There is approximately 500 pigs per week available, however this can be increased subject to demand in 3 months.
