Wan Zhang Enterprise Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian company established in 1988 as a trading house and food manufacturing company. The Company, then, was manufacturing snack food using the local produce such as Prawn, Fish, Yam and sweet Potatoes. In 1998 the Company further diversified to concentrate mainly on local produce for local market, tourist market and export market. There are a lot of local produces that can be found in Borneo, the Island consisted of Sarawak and Sabah, the Eastern States of Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam and Kalimantan, Indonesia. The Company foresees the local resources, pepper, has a huge demand not only from local market but also export market. In the year 2014, the company plan for another new range of product, bird's nest products. Bird's nest is one of the Sarawak treasure, as the climate is suitable to breed the swiftlets, and swiftlets produce the bird's nest, which is edible and high nutrients. The company concentrates more in bird's nest process and bottling using only local edible from ranches. The company is Halal certified by JAKIM.
