At Wajih Industries we have a vertically integrated facility for designing and manufacturing of garments. We have our own knitting, dyeing, finishing, manufacturing, washing and testing facilities and arrangements. Our systems are in process of compliance with international standards of quality, safety, environment protection and social accountability i.e. ISO-9002. Our major exports are in USA, Canada, and Europe. We are producing these products for most of the brands of the world and our quality is unconditional guaranteed. At present we manufacture 150,000 garments a month. Following is brief introduction of our company's many departments. Garments Department 1. Cutting Section Our cutting is supervised by experienced cutting master and shapers who know the art of cutting. We have portable and fixed cutting machines of German, USA and Japan make. 2. Stitching Section Our stitching unit is supervised by most experienced Production Manger with his well qualified and experienced staff who strives to fulfill top class stitching parameters required by customers with following machinery i. Sampling Garment department have a separate sampling section where our innovative and highly skilled designers prepare sample garments according to the need of the customers. Quality Control and Assurance Department We have an independent quality control and quality assurance department having highly skilled and motivated staff that makes sure the total quality management at all stages of production In-House Power Generation At Wajih Industries we have in house power generation to ensure un-interrupted power supply for this purpose we have 372 KV generator of Detroit make England. Merchandising and R&D Department Business relations to Wajih Industries are always considered as permanent. From the first contact onward, a highly skilled team of young merchandisers will always be at your service. Our independent sample dyeing and making-up facility helps us to the demands of different clients with respect to fabric development, proto, size sets sales samples etc. this sampling department is reporting to merchandising department Our R&D cell works full time creating new fabric and techniques and keeping tabs on the fast changing requirement of most demanding customers.
