In 2013, UWEC also got engaged with Biotech Photochemistry Inc (BPC) to work together to provide latest technology of Rapid diagnostic cassette tester and Quantitative test Reader technology on the Human Blood sampling and analysis of HIV, Anti-Syphilis, Anti-HBV, Anti-HCV to diagnose them effectively
