Teejay ventures got into operation in 2004. We started with the opening of small farms and planted cocoa and palm tress. In 2009 we were able to produce certified cocoa and grade one oil. Teejay ventures in 2016 got into partnership mainly with local cooperatives and Ediki farmers cooperative being our major partner. Operating with this particular cooperatives for 5years now has made them increase their output to be among the large scale producers in this region of the country. We assist farmers with the following: provision of farming education; facilitating the marketing of their farm produce; providing them with excellent buyers; rendering them processing, storage facilities as well as the warehousing of their products. We also, supply them chemicals and hybrid seeds. This did not only raise the quality of their cocoa among the top quality in the world but also increase their output above 2500tons annually from the Ediki farmers’ cooperative only. With the contribution of the other cooperatives the output increased to at least 5000tons annually.
With our obtainment of the company documents in September 2020, we got into transport and logistics with our main partner being with the World Food Program (WFP) and ………… We also offer unique and reliable services in general commerce, building and construction. Our business deals are fair enough to make our producers grow with us. Teejay Ventures have decided not to only concentrate at the domestic level with it certified cocoa and grade one palm oil produced by its farmers but to go international to bring in foreign investors to partner with us enjoying our quality products and services. Our main focus being to Supply our potential international buyers with well processed cocoa seeds and grade one palm oil meeting up with world standards and in great quantities.
