Zhengzhou Shengtian Fused Cast Refractory Company Limited is a SinoAmerican joint venture with the Yale Kiln Technology Company of the United States.It has a subsidiary, which is named Zhengzhou hengruida new materails CO., LTD. It is located in Xinmi Industrial Development Area, Zhengzhou,Henan,Chia, coving an area of more than 50000 square meters. There are more than 300 empolyees in the company, of whom 48 are technicians and 6 have senior title. The company is equipped with a reaearch center and has a designed annual output of 150000 tons. The main products include:1) refractories for glass furnace:fused cast AZS 33,36,41 , zircon brick, zirconium mullite brick, sintered corundum mullite brick, three low brick(low porosity, low creep rate, low iron), high purity corundum brick, sintered mullite brick, sillimanite brick, fused silica brick, sintered azs, our patented brick- 3k brick (chrome zirconium mullite brick)and all kinds of monolithic refractory such as zircon ramming materials,AZS ramming materials and castables and mortor etc. 2)refractories for steel plants: tundish nozzle, ladle nozzle,collector nozzle, sliding gate plates, well block, purging plug,housing block,magnesia carbon brick, high alumina ball,refractory castables and mortors,etc. Shengtian company owns 299 sets of first class production equippent, and it is equipped with 4 electric arc furnace of 5 tons, 4 special transformer with great power, two 1440 square meters pre-assembly steel platforms, and several advanced grinding, cutting and thrilling processing mechanical equipment. We can process the blocks precisely to meet any demands of our customers. Besides, there is a physical and chemical test center to monitor the whole process of manufacturing and control the quality of the products. Shengtian company is developing some new products with high quality and strong anti-corrosion to meet any new demands of the glass industry. In 2004,its subsidiary was founded,which is named Zhengzhou hengruida new materails CO., LTD. It has several 1000T CNC press machines and 1700 high temperature shuttle kilns.It invites leading experts of refractory for glass furnace as technical directors and joined up with design institute of glass furnace and glass product manufacturers to research and develop functional refractories according to different structures of furnace and types of glass product. To solve the most frequent issues of port in glass furnace in daily operation,Hengruida designed 3K-60A arch brick to use in the position of port. This brick has anti-erosion ability of alkali,sulphur,vitriol and also has performance of shock resistance and crack resistance in high temperature. The company has been awarded the advanded unit for the implementation of product atandards by Zhengzhou Technical Supervision Bureau in 2006. In September, 2001 the company passed the standard attestation of ISO 9001 quality system. In April 25,2008 by the National Quality Inspection Association awarded as the " national industry demonstration enterprise" and "quality srevice,integrity model enterprise"; In October 2009, by the national market research center as a "quality,service,credit AAA enterprise" ; In October 2010, by Zhenghzhou Quality Inspection Association as "enterprise quality inspection agencies certified" certificate. In October 2011, the Chinese Product Quality Supervision Information Association awarded it "national quality supervision and inspection of qualified products". In April 2012, China Daily Glass Association Technical Advisory Committee awarded it "recommended" certificate to the National Glass industry, and that in line wtih the new glass furnace application conditons.
