OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITYGMP Compliant Manufacturing:Our manufacturing processes conform to the International WHO- Good Manufacturing Practices – Standards. Regular quality audits are done to ensure that the highest standards of quality are maintained by the supply chain processes, the team and the end product.
Pre-Qualification of Suppliers:Every potential supplier has to pass the pre-qualification process before being considered as a supplier. Documentation relevant to quality such as manufacturers license, Site Master File and external audit reports are examined. Quality checks are conducted on a regular basis by the Quality Assurance Team.
Internal Quality Control & Quality Assurance:Stringent QC processes are in place to ensure that every product is inspected on arrival and only the best material is used in manufacturing.
- On arrival the materials are carefully inspected in the quarantine are in keeping with our documented processes.
- Additional QC tests are carried out in pre-qualified partner laboratories as and when required.
- Only QC assured lots are released by the responsible QA manager.
- SOP’s are reviewed and updated on a regular basis by the QA Head.
GDP Compliant Delivery:Our partners with shipping companies that are selected very specifically to ensure transport according to GDP or Good Distribution Practices. This safeguards the quality of the material and products during transportation by surface, air and sea.
