Every procedure including making drawings, production, quality inspection, packing, even for installation, we always make everything clear and easy. 2. Quality Control Raw Material Selection: Except our own quarries, we also control and operate lots of quarrying resources, Such as Black Galaxy, Steel Grey, Black pearl. SHIVAM STONEX is endowed with abundant blocks and colors to meet customers’ requirement. Thickness tolerance: As usual, project countertop will be splitted into several parts. Strict thickness tolerance control can insure all parts of tops are seamed with exact thickness to match together (nice and flat with both tops). Besides, Lamination thickness will also within acceptable tolerance. Polished process: Project Granite requires higher polished degree than gangsaw slab and same for Fireplace, we use world class methods to carve fine designs on Fireplace. To good gloss for stone top, we use advanced polish machine to polish and check it piece by piece . And edge polish and cutting will be sheen and equal to the surface, smooth without waves. When comes to Black or White material, we would pay more attention to avoid scratch. 3. Packing We provide secure and decent packing to ensure the safety of the goods during long transportation, and add more value to the product. We strictly adhere to the principle of packing: SAFETY, ECONOMY, DELICACY. 4. Container Loading and Reinforce This is the last step but it is also the most important one. All wooden crates in container must be stable and secure on the way. We are doing the utmost to avoid the wooden crate fall down. 5. Delivery Time It is very important for every project.
