In the beginning, they bought fresh mangoes for sale in Nayarit, over time the relationship with the farmers created a bond of mutual support. They commented on the needs they had in the field and after various meetings the name we know today as ''KIEKARI'' arose, which means community in Huichol.
Over time, Kiekari branched out creating a huge community, developing new jobs and a novel work system with cutting-edge technologies. The months passed and the same work system was brought to Michoacán, now expanding its crops to berries as well, adding value to the work and to the fruit of the farmers, implementing frozen processes with the highest quality and hygiene standards to be able to market these harvests, opened the door to turn the farmer into a business partner, expanding their sales capabilities.
With a production capacity of up to 120 tons per day, its various products include raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, mango, pineapple, papaya, dragon fruit, blueberry, among others... Kiekari frozen foods SA de CV is currently a leader in the processing of frozen fruits complying with the volumes requested by the market with the highest quality system and SQF certifications.
Among its numerous machinery, the octofrost tunnel, top-level and quality bagging machines, efficient production lines, several freezers, a metal detector to ensure that food is in ideal conditions and of the best quality, stainless steel equipment to ensure the their quality, among others
