Productive Systems has been in business since 1989. We are situated in Centurion, in the Gauteng province, which is the economic hub of South Africa. Our primary objective is to supply machinery to the following industries:

Productive Systems has approximately 45 people employed ranging from designers, project managers, sales people, technicians and finance people.
The company designs, builds and sells packaging machinery and conveyoring to industries as listed below.
Pro-Vey
Pro-Vey employs approximately 5 people and specializes in the selling of certain product ranges, i.e. FlexiLine aluminium profiles, Sang-A pneumatic fittings, Lanamatic cylinders, Minitec aluminium profiles as well as HydePark sensors.
Promod
Promod employs approximately 10 people and specializes in the modifications of parts to be used in the assembling of machinery done by Productive Systems. Some of the machinery used by Promod includes two CNC milling, lathes, welding equipment, bending and cutting machinery as well as profiling and plate cutting machinery that includes a waterjet cutting machine and a recently purchased laser cutting machine. Promod also manufacture and/or cut parts for outside customers and not just for Productive Systems.
Productive Systems also provide its clients with service contracts to minimize maintenance cost and maximize productivity through adapting a preventative attitude towards breakdowns.

CONVEYOR SYSTEMS
Productive Systems specialize in various types of conveyor systems that are industry specific.
Types of conveyors include:
- Aluminium profile conveyors with acetal slat type chain - FlexiLine
- Stainless steel frame conveyors with acetal slat type chain
- Powder coated mild steel frame conveyors
- Roller conveyors (driven and free running)
- Pallet conveyors (Driven chain or roller conveyors)
- Wedge conveyors (lowerators or elevators)
- Modular belt conveyors in different widths

PALLETISERS
Productive Systems design and manufacture different types of palletisers that handles glass as well as plastic bottles i.e. P.E.T., LDPE, PVC and HDPE bottles.

Strapping machinery from various companies can be incorporated to form a fully automatic production line.
DE-PALLETISERS
De-palletisers have also been successfully manufactured and various types are available.
LEAK TESTING MACHINES
The Single Head and Multi Head Leak Testers:
The Single head leak testing machine detects small holes in blow-moulded containers by pressurising the container and measuring the pressure decay electronically.
The Drum Leak Tester:
The drum leak tester is manufactured to test square, rectangular or orientated round drums or containers with a capacity of 20L to 25L.
BAGGING & DE-BAGGING MACHINES
Bagging machines:
Options of fully automatic where the bag is automatically hooked and semi-automatic, were an operator is needed to insert the plastic bag manually onto the machine. The machine automatically accumulates a preset amount of bottles per predetermined rows. These accumulated bottles are automatically pushed into the bags where after they are sealed.
De-bagging machines:
An operator is needed to manually place the sealed bag onto the de-bagging table and cuts the bag open. Operator then pulls the bag off the accumulated bottles and signals the machine to continue. Machine will then automatically feed the bottles row by row onto the filling line. Speeds of up to 150 per minute are achievable.
SELF ADHESIVE LABELLING MACHINES
Productive Systems manufacture state of the art labelling machines to apply adhesive labels onto a wide range of products. The machine design is modular which facilitates upgrading should this be necessary.
CAP ASSEMBLY MACHINE
Our fully automatic cap assembling machine for push-pull caps can assemble two or three part caps at a rate of between 5 000 and 7 500 caps and more per hour.
WADDING MACHINES
Productive Systems manufactures the following equipment for automatic punching and insertion of wads into closures:
* Bulk feeder to feed the vibratory bowl with the right amount of closures.
* Rotary Orientation Units orientate the closures in the correct position to be
fed onto the wadding machine table.
* The wadding machine consists of an indexing table, punch and die with
various cylinders to insert the punched wad.
We have imported various equipment from different companies in the U.S., U.K., Spain, etc and have the technical backup, to be able to service these machines and provide local support to the respective clients.
