Philippine Mining Service Corporation (PMSC) was established on June 16, 1980 as a subsidiary of Kawatetsu Mining Co., Ltd. (Now JFE Mineral Co., Ltd.) and Kawasaki Steel Corporation (Now JFE Steel Corporation) of Tokyo, Japan. The company pioneered the production of quality Dolomite in the entire Philippines, and became a major supplier of Dolomite in Japan and the rest of Asia. On April 1, 2001, the company acquired the Limestone plant in Garcia-Hernandez, Bohol from Philippine Sinter Corporation (PSC). With dedicated and highly trained labor force, PMSC aims to increase production efficiency to meet the increasing demand of Dolomite and Limestone in both domestic and international markets.
