Company‘s products are well respected by its customers & OEMs. 5.0 MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY5.1 MANAGEMENT COMMITMENT Management is committed for development and implementation of the Quality Management System and continually improving the effectiveness by following actions – a.     Communicating everybody in the organization the importance of meeting customer as well as statuary and regulatory requirements.b.     Identifying the purpose and establishing the quality policy.c.      Establishing quality objectives at relevant levels.d.     Conducting management reviews for checking effectiveness of the system.e.     Participating in the improvement of the projects, continuously searching for better technology, equipment’s, methods, and materials etc.f.       Providing the structure and resources that are necessary to support the organization’s development plans. 5.2         CUSTOMER FOCUS Management of PERFECT ENGINEERING COMPONENTS PVT. LTD ensures that not even a single nonconforming product should be supplied to the customer. Customer is considered a focus point while developing policies & business operation strategies. Management Representative ensures that needs and expectations of the customer are formally determined, well understood by commercial and technical personnel and are converted into requirements and are fully met with the aim of achieving customer confidence. Customer feedback on the performance is also taken in the Customer Feedback form. Ref:- F-1-4 of OP-01. 5.3         QUALITY POLICY MR is responsible for formulating Quality Policy and while defining has considered the following:-  a.     It is appropriate to the purpose of the organization.b.     It reflects commitment to meet the requirements, and continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.c.      It is ensured that all statutory & regulatory requirement related to product are met.d.     It has a framework for defining and reviewing of Quality Objectives.e.     It is communicated and understood by all concerned in the organization.f.       It is regularly reviewed for continuing suitability MR ensures that quality policy and objectives are widely circulated and displayed at prominent places within the premises for easy and regular visibility of all concerned so that employees could read and understand the same. Employees are briefed about this policy. All employees are responsible to implement the quality policy of PERFECT ENGINEERING COMPONENTS PVT. LTD    We at Perfect Engineering consider that customer is king & committed to supply quality products & provide timely delivery to achieve customer satisfaction. Employees at all levels are also committed to achieve Quality objectives, to produce & supply the goods as per customer requirement to achieve the customer satisfaction.              Quality policy is reviewed in every MRM to evaluate its effectiveness & necessary changes in quality policy, if any.   QUALITY POLICY  WE AT PERFECT ARE COMMITTED TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION THROUGH TIMELY SUPPLIES OF COST COMPETITIVE HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS. WE SHALL ACHIEVE THIS THROUGH TOTAL EMPLOYEE INVOLVEMENT AND CONVENTIONAL IMPROVEMENT IN OUR QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.5.5.2. Management Representative Management appoints Management Representative. Currently Mr. Rajeev Kumar Ranjan holds the responsibility as MR, irrespective of other responsibilities, he is responsible and authorized for following: -a)         Development, installation and maintenance of QMS as per ISO 9001-2008.b)         Plan and organize management review meetings.c)         Act as point of contact, on quality system matters.d)         Liaison with external agencies on matters concerning quality system.e)         Conduct internal quality audits also arrange for audits from external qualified Auditors.f)          Liaison with external agencies on quality improvement matters.g)         To promote awareness of customer requirement, throughout the organizations.h)         To report to top management on the performance of the quality management system and also on any need for improvement.i)      Shall analysis customer complaints and other problems at works and take suitable             corrective and preventive actions on various critical issues or non-conformances in             interaction with the Management.   Management possesses the authority to change or nominate a new MR during the absence of an MR.5.6.1 General Top management reviews the implementation of quality management system, at planned intervals (6 monthly) to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. With inputs of following agenda points:-  1.     Action Points pending from previous review .2.     Customers Feedback and Satisfactions.3.     Implementation of QMS, Quality Audit Repot / Results.4.     Review of Quality Policy and achievement of objective. 5.     Process Performance.6.     Product Conformity 7.     Corrective and Preventive actions / status.8.     Planned changes that could affect the QMS. 9.     Any Recommendation for Improvement.   The proceedings of the management review meetings are recorded in the form of minutes and extracts & circulated to concerned functionaries for action. 6.0 RESOURCE MANAGEMENT6.1 PROVISION OF RESOURCES PERFECT ENGINEERING COMPONENTS PVT. LTD determines and provides in a timely manner, the resources needed: To implement, maintain and improve the quality management system and continually improve it’s effectiveness and To enhance customer satisfaction by meeting the customer requirements.  Resources include machines, equipment, trained personnel, and process control equipment’s.     Efforts are made to continually improve its effectiveness. To enhance satisfaction to the customer and other interested parties like employees within the organization, suppliers, etc.   6.2 HUMAN RESOURCES6.2.1 General HR in charge ensures that personnel, who are assigned, responsibilities under the quality management functions, are competent and are suitably qualified based on education, training, skill and experience.We have taken action and make mandatory to give orientation to new employees regarding the system of the copy and training regarding the specific work profile of the individual   6.2.2 Competence, Awareness and Training                         All personnel are assigned tasks based on their competence to perform the task: - HR incharge identifies the training needs and arranges suitable training to satisfy these needs.  Training could be provided in house or by any external agency. Records are maintained. a)               Also providing reference books / manual, self learning opportunities shall be initiated for further improvements b)               Effectiveness of the training is evaluated by the trainer or by the MR (if the training is external) and the comments relating to level of understanding and retraining if required are made on Training record.  The contribution of personnel in their activities shall be judged by verifying achievements in quality objectives and necessary actions are initiated c)               Trainings are made mandatory for the new employees joining the company. The complete orientation is provided for the new employees joining the organization . Being a ISO certified company, for awareness of ISO among new employees training about ISO is also provided, if required, relevant training is provided.   6.3         INFRASTRUCTURE Management also determines, provides and maintains the requisite infrastructure and   facilities through a need based approach for achieving conformity of product including: - Buildings, workspace and associated utilities. Process equipment’s, hardware and software. Supporting services such as transport or communication Adequacy of these resources is reviewed during Management Review Meeting.     6.3         WORK ENVIRONMENT  Work environment is the most important factor, which influences the motivation, satisfaction, development and performance of all personnel to achieve customer satisfaction and continual improvement.The work environment is managed by following way: - 1.    Regular housekeeping is done to maintain Hygiene, Cleanliness. Each        Individual is responsible for his/ her area.2.     Arrangements are being made to maintain proper Humidity, light and airflow.3.     Involvement of people to evolve creative work methods and social interaction. 7.0   PRODUCT REALIZATION 7.1   PLANNING OF PRODUCT REALIZATION                                        Product realization is that sequence of processes and sub-processes required for achieving the product quality. Company determines the following, while planning the product realization: - a)     Quality assurance done by the QA Inspector and submit there report regarding the quality of work done. b)     Documented Process flowchart/ process map specific to the product to be purchased. c)     Records of realization process to check the conformance of the resulting product. REF OP – 03 d)     Processes like production, stores, quality, sales, purchase, QMS documents and provide necessary resources specific to the product .The sequence of production are maintained as per  Daily production report (F-3-1) are maintained. e)     Different stages of monitoring, inspection and test activities specific to the product, measurement and monitoring devices to be used and criteria for product acceptance. f)      Identification of the stages where quality records are to be maintained to provide evidence that the product meets the requirements. 7.2         CUSTOMER RELATED PROCESSES 7.2.1   Determination of requirements to the product The Order received from the customer reviewed and determines the requirements related to the product by following way: - a)                Requirement specified by the customer including the requirements for delivery and post delivery activities b)               Requirements not stated by the customer but necessary for specified use, where known  this is intended use to enhance customer satisfaction, c )       Statuary and regulatory requirements related to the product d)               Any additional requirements determined by the organization 7.2.2   Review of Requirements related to product Prior to the commitment to supply a product to a customer (e.g. Submission of a Quotation, acceptance of order and acceptance of changes to contract/order) is done to ensure that their product requirements are understood and can be delivered as per their requirements
