Hebei Pengda Fine Hair Group (Formerly Rongcheng County Washing Wool Factory which was founded in 1989) was established in 1997, located in Shizhuang, Rongcheng County, Baoding City, Hebei Province. The company covers an area of over 64,000 square meters, with registered capital of RMB20 million Yuan and over 1,000 staff members including over 40 professionals and more than 10 senior technicians. Fine Hair Production Company possesses more than 280 workers, equipped with many kinds of plush machines, such as gill drawing frames, spinning machinery, wrappers, automatic cop winders, flock dyeing apparatus, centrifugal dehydrators and dryers.
