Guangzhou Panz Smart Card Co., Ltd. is the professional manufacturer of cards and other printing products. Our factory was founded in 2003. After 7 years' fast development, we have grown as one of the most professional and special manufacturers of cards in China. We cooperate with some supermarkets and multiple shops, and we also cooperate with the telecom companies for the phone card business in China. We export a large amount of cards abroad, and our customers are spread around the world. Panz Smart Card has long been engaged in the design, production and sale of IC cards, magnetic stripe cards, scratch cards, paper cards, brochures, catalogues, calendars, advertising and promotion materials, magazines, books, yellow pages, dictionaries, periodicals, journals and other related products. Especially, we have the automatic production lines of PVC cards and RFID cards, and our products stand ahead in the international level. We invested big percent of incomes in attracting the professionals and implementing trainings, aimed at creating professionals in production, R&D, technology and management. Panz Smart Card consists of Board of Directors, Production Department, Design Department, Financial Department, Marketing Department, and After-sale Service. Our factory has about 200 employees, and the factory size is about 3000 square meters. There are the advanced machines in our workshops, including 2 sets of Heidelberger four-color printers, 2 sets of silk printing machines, 4 sets of auto laminating machines, 3 sets of auto punch machines, and 4 sets of ink jet printers, as well as the auto packing machines. Besides the machines in the factory, we have the reading room, playground, movie room and TV room for our employees, and we pay much attention to the rights of our employees. Quality Warranty: All the raw materials, which include PVC, paper, coatings, magnetic strips, oils and inks, and holograph and signature foils, are imported from abroad, and are controlled in accordance with ISO9001 Quality Management System. The quality, specifications and performance are controlled in accordance with ISO7816-1, 2, 3 standards and ISO7810 standards. We use the imported materials, so our card has the smooth surface, will not warp or bend, and is flexible to some extent. Finished card surface is treated with dust deletion and antistatic process, ensuring that the PVC card maintain natural luster and is crack-free in different circumstances. In addition, the ink jet printers integrate spraying, sticking, inspection and rejection processes, which are fast, safe and confidential. The card quality is also assured by our QC department. The card quality could be guaranteed. Data Safety Warranty (for card): Data is protected in Production Individuality Center, in which client's profiles are set up with passwords. This section is under control by the Manager. As we have strict modules, data management system and matured computer network transmission channels, every step is strictly controlled, and the data which is provided by any other company will be downloaded privately and input into the cards confidentially. All the data will be destroyed after production based on the confirmation of clients, without any duplication left. Meanwhile, we will sign the Confidential Agreement with the customers when the contract is confirmed, and guarantee the rights of our customers. Techniques for Anti-Counterfeit Security: 1. Fluorescent security ink that displays itself only in the ultraviolet 2. Laser anti-counterfeiting measure (the card cannot recover if being opened) 3. Other anti-counterfeiting measures approved (such as seam letters) Promise and Aim: We implement strict security and confidential management during our service provision, will not omit a piece of card or reveal any information, and don't produce or sell any product (including sample cards) without approval.
