Our company was established in 1986, it covers a total area of about 40,000 square meters and has about 400 employees. We specializing in casting and fabrication &welding manufacturing according to ASTM、AISI、DIN、EN、JIS、BS、AS、AAR standard. We get ISO9001、IATF16949 certification
We have two major foundry and one fabrication plant with annual production capacity of over 20,000 tons. Nearly 80%of products are exported to Europe, America, Australia、South Africa、Japan、India、Thailand more than 60 countries.Our casting production process including sand casting、lost wax investment castings、die casting and machining , material in ductile iron、gray iron、carbon steel 、alloy steel、 aluminum die casting and heat treatment.
The machining factory is located in headquarters and is fully equipped with complete and advanced CNC machining equipment including 30 vertical and horizontal machining centers, and more than 30 CNC machines and 50 other machining equipments. Our company also has a lot of advanced inspection equipment, including Spectrometer, Metallographic Microscope, Tension Tester, Low Temperature Tester, X-ray Tester, MPT, UT, CMM and so on.
