In the period from 2009 to 2011, two agricultural enterprises were acquired and modernized in the Volgograd Region of Russia: Key-Agro LLC and Dynamo LLC. These enterprises will provide up to 20% of the entire raw material base of the future enterprise.
The enterprise will ensure the production of highly demanded food products such as corn starch and maltodextrins of various DE spectra (8-40).
Maltodextrins are the products of bioconversion of cornstarch. Functional properties determine the use of maltodextrins in various formulations as a carbohydrate additive, filler / thickener, forming agent, sweetness and hygroscopicity regulator of products, solvent, stabilizer.
The application spheres of maltodextrins are the industry of baby food, beverages, frozen desserts, food concentrates, confectionery, meat and milk, canning and bakery food industries and processing industry, pharmaceuticals and cosmetology.
The plant will also produce corn gluten, gluten meal and corn germ - the necessary ingredients for production of feed for poultry and animals farming.
LLC "NewBio" is a company with high export potential. The demand for products on the world market allowed "NewBio" to conclude contracts for the supply of processed products to the Netherlands, Poland, Lithuania and Iran.
At the time of launch, IV quarter of 2019, the company will be certified with ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 HACCP certification systems.
