Production process like grinding, polishing, centering, coating and measuring process are carried out by both manual and CNC machines. 4, Inspection: The measurement process during and after production are carried out with precision metrology equipment, high sensitive interferometers and spectrometers. Measurement reports either e-version or paper-version will be provided upon shipment. 5, Packing: Safe and dust-free packing are chosen to ensure you receive your products safe and sound and can use directly in your production lines. 6, Measuring Service: You might have had experiences that you are using a product, but not clear about the exact specifications making you hesitate to source better options. Sending us a sample will allow us to help you figure out the details and transfer it to production.
