We are on the contract with Arvand petrochemical factory and This is our raw material supplier.
As you certainly Know, The quality of liquid caustic soda is main reason for quality of caustic soda flake, and our lye is the best one in middle east, because this raw material come from water of the sea which in compare to the caustic soda liquid that come from melted salt has more purity and quality, and would be the result final product, super fine food grade caustic soda flake with %98-%99 purity, less Sulfate (Na2So4), less Iron (Fe) and less Aluminum (AL2O3), generally has more quality and less heavy metal.
Caustic Soda Flake is produced through membrane electrolysis that would be the final product free of heavy metals and any other impurities with super FOOD grade and INDUSTRIAL grade, also 99% PURITY.
As Caustic Soda Flake absorbing moisture and carbon dioxide, So we keep under observation all steps of packaging, loading, shipping, until delivery strictly and scrupulosity. Bags are laminated with 3 layers P.P & P.E (25kg/50kg/jumbo bag) then we put bags on pallet and shrinking carefully.
