Monarch Publishing & Films, LLC is a publishing company that formed in June of 2019. It’s owned by the author Mark E. Baylor. Our goals are to produce books, films, novels, short stories and Poems.
Monarch Publishing & Films, LLC is headquartered in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. We have plans of expansion across the United States, Central & South America, Europe and Asia.
Baylor’s been writing since the age of eight. He was born and raised in Virginia and joined the U.S. Army after graduation from high school and served honorably for twenty-two years. He has a background in law and received a Master’s Degree from Champlain College in Burlington Vermont majoring in Law.
He has written over thirty books with six books currently self published. His writings include series in the genres of Romance, Comedy, Sci-Fi, Thrillers and Children’s books as well.
