In 1989, Dalian Konform developed the first continuous extrusion machinery model KLJ250 with one wheel of one groove and Al grain as feedstock. In 1992, it made the first SLB350 continuous cladding machinery with one wheel of two grooves. In 1996, it successfully made 30mm diameter cable sheath product on SLJB350 machinery which overcame the limits of 20mm diameter product and got Chinese continuous extrusion technology reached the advanced world levels. In 1998, it developed the first SLB350 continuous cladding production line for AS wire. In 2000, it developed TLJ300 continuous extrusion production line for copper flat wire. On the basis the continuous extrusion production lines for Al flat wire, Al tube and Al sector conductor were developed. In 2005, it made TLJ400 machinery for copper bus bar. In 2008, TLJ630 machinery for copper bus bar and copper strip plate emerged. In 2009, the first SLB400 continuous sheathing production line for OPGW came out in China. Multi-function machinery for copper & Al products, and for extrusion & cladding, has enabled Dalian Konform to respond swiftly to market changes.
