All of the material and parts for a spa are tested in different using situation, ensure a spa will have a definitely useful time in rugged environment.Production capacityIn the past 10 years, we are from a small sanitary ware workshop become a leading big manufacturer of hot tubs and swim spas, with over 200 employees, 380,500 square feet of manufacturing shops. we are the first one in China to build 5 production lines to produce hot tubs and swim spas, assure the whole production, from vacuuming, hand-roll FRP, drilling, assembling, testing, skirting, dry-up, cleaning and packing will be finished in a line. With efficient production line and experienced workers, our current producing capacity is 650 units of hot tubs and 80 units of swim spas per month.LaboratoryIn spas’ industry of China, We are the first one to set up a laboratory , to test our materials and accessories, to make sure all parts are in good quality, suitable, reliable and durable for spa products. For example, we need to test the pipes and jets if they can bear extreme high temperature and extreme low temperature, to test stainless steel jets if they are real anti-rusting; to test those plastic parts in a stimulant sunshine environment if they are anti-ultraviolet radiation…… and so on.In 2010, we build a exceptional Witnessed Test Lab of ETL with authorization in our factory laboratory, to process the test of ETL and get the ETL approval successfully.In 2011, we keep moving on, pursue more higher standard of spas, improve our products. We build another Witnessed Test Lab of TUV-SUD in order to carry on the safety test, mechanism test, chemical test and microorganism test of TUV mark, CE, SAA and C-tick.Design We have a creative and strong R department.
