Our company is a producing, marketing and exporting enterprise, which established two factories in Zaoyang City, Hubei, China, covers 80000sq metres of space. In the meantime, we have an international trade company located in the centre of Wuhan City, Hubei, China named Wuhan Jiehong International Trading Co., Ltd. The transportation is convenient here, many home and abroad clients have been visited our Wuhan office for business conversations. In the year of 1999, Zaoyang Jinpeng Chemical Co., Ltd built our first factory in No. 8 Donggang railway station, Zaoyang City. We insist on keeping up with the times, developing and creating to make the enterprise owns more than 20 production lines and have producing, researching, administrative staff more than 60 only within decades. As a leader of local chemical factory, we focus on our quality and business reputation always, this makes our clients number keeps increasing. Due to the large demand, our company established our second factory and Wuhan exporting company during the year 2010-2012. Since then, 5 more production lines added and dozens of staff joined us. Enterprise currently employs 100 people, including 10 administrative staff, 50 production workers. Among our administrative staff, there are 3 people have College degree or above, representing about 3% of the total workforce. 7 people have University degree (including double bachelor's degree), representing about 7% of the total workforce. Besides, we have 9 various professional and technical staff, account for 9% the total workforce. Our company institutes a system that three parts--board of shareholders, board of supervisors and board of directors lead together, following General Manager's decisions. In addition, we practise an operation and management system which separated ownership and power of operation on the basis of new management standard for modern enterprises. We try to create a pragmatic, efficient and flexible organization and management system. According to the company's development objectives, all of us try to make "Jinpeng Chemical" to be a production, processing and domestic exports of integrated enterprise. In order to achieve this aim we have developed and implemented a series of business development strategy. 1, The implementation of market-oriented production and marketing alliance strategy. According to production market and customer needs and based on products planning, full use of existing domestic and international trade experience and on the basis of network marketing, we continuous expand product marketing channels, increasing market share. In the meantime, we will also use high value-added products to expand future foreign markets, and pay more attention on developing of foreign markets. But at the recently, domestic market is still dominated, looking into the effective expansion of other markets; In the near future, we will implement of international and domestic policy of both the market and strive for greater development. 2, The implementation of innovative product development strategy. With the growing internationalization of production and processing scale, profit margins of traditional production and processing industry is shrinking, therefore, continue to research and develop of high value-added new products, new technology, new technology, new materials will undoubtedly become an important pillar for our future development . The company will now develop and produce ultra-smooth type of silicone lubricant, and cooperate with domestic universities chemical research group. It has entered stage of product certification, packaging.
