Founded in 1999, Jiangsu Huaxin New Material Co.,Ltd is a leading card materials manufacturer in China. As a national new high-tech enterprise , Huaxin has the largest scale, the proven quality and a great variety of card materials in the field of China.
Huaxin has 7 production lines including calendering lines and thin film coating lines with annual production capacity of 28,000 tons. Huaxin has introduced the most advanced five-roller calendering lines from Europe. All production indexes during the whole production process are quantified and automatically controlled by computer. Its main products are card materials of PVC、ABS、PET、PETG、Poly-carbonate(PC) and PHA and new bio-environmental materials which can be used for various industries including finance, transport, medical treatment, electronic information, social security, decoration, packaging, etc.
Till now, Huaxin has set up the sales network both in China and out of China. Our International Business Department has sold the products to many countries such as USA, England, Russia, Indonesia, India, Brazil, Spain ,Mexican and so on.
Huaxin has set up the National Post-doctoral scientific research station. Moreover, Huaxin has achieved dozens of national patents for innovation, among which,the PETG material has been designated as sole material for China’s Second Generation National ID cards, also appointed as new generation ID card material in Indonesia. Our technology of the bio-degradable PHA film has reached international advanced level and filled a domestic blank in this field; Nowadays “Huaxin” trademark has been identified as “Chinese Well-known Trademark”.
