Pipe bend with outside diameter from 219mm to 1524mm (8”~60”), max 90 Deg. Coiled tubing (C&T) with outside diameter in range from 25.4mm to 88.9mm (1”~3.5”), max length 8000 meters.
CNPC Pipe Production Lines:
The IPA / CNPC pipe products comply with various international standards such as API 5L/5CT/5ST, ASTM, DNV, ISO, DIN, EN, BS, CE, CSA, GOST etc. The external coating plants are capable of producing single/double layer fusion-bond epoxy (FBE), two/three layers polyethylene/polypropylene (3LPE/3LPP), polyurethane, as well as different kinds of painting with different brands such as PPG, Jotun, AkzoNobel, Carboline, etc. The internal coating plants are capable of producing liquid epoxy, FBE.
These products are widely used by petroleum and petrochemical industries for oil and gas both for onshore and offshore pipelines, petrochemicals, city gas, mining, coal chemical industry, ocean engineering, infrastructure construction, steel structures and water utilities industries.
