We also research the companies involved have attorneys and are in good standing to avoid circumventing. Our procedure is very simple and safe for all parties involved. For this reason, NCNDA and IMFPA must be respected and signed off so all parties can be protected and work in harmony with no fear.
We always strive to understand each party’s objectives, their capabilities and their transactional capacity so we can liaise this to the buyer or seller with integrity and discretion.
To make everyone comfortable with our transactions we have our own attorney in Tampa Florida that represent us, liaise and communicate with all attorneys of sellers and buyers. This way all parties are aware of what they expect of each other in order to transact in a professional and easy to communicate environment. Our attorney has direct Escrow Accounts with the biggest bank in USA, Chase Manhattan. They can also be the paymaster for all parties. NCNDA is a must, ICPO also with SGS direct from the seller followed by Inspection. Everything is done religiously, the procedure is followed to the letter. All above board.
