Hubei Xinlong Plastic Co., Ltd. (Xinlong Plastic for short), part of Hubei Xiangjing Construction Group Co., Ltd. which is a full stock company, was established in 1981 and is specialized in research, development, design, production, processing, sales and service of plastic sheets, coils, plastic building formworks, wood and plastic products. Our company covers an area of 38,960 square meters and a construction area of 23,000 square meters with total assets of 86 million Yuan and annual comprehensive production capacity of 20,000 tons. Now, we are the standing director unit of China Formwork Association and the member unit of Hubei Province Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Association, and we are the largest industrialization base for plastic sheets and new environmental protection plastic building formworks in central south China.
Our company mainly produces "Xing Xin Long" brand: FRTP (fiber reinforced thermoplastic plastic) building formwork series;wood and plastic decorative boards, wood and plastic floor series; PE warning protection plates, coil series; PP macromolecule plastics granaries, breeding fish boxes, plastic fish boats, three-wheel farm field transport plastic medicine-cabinet series; PP, PPR, PE plastic sheet and coil series; PVC sheet series; PP, PCV plastic welding rods, with a total of seven series brands.
FRTP building formworks were listed in ten new technology application and promotion products in 2010 by the national housing and urban-rural construction ministry. In January 2012, our company was approved as the editor in chief of plastic building formwork product standards No.4 Building standards by the national housing and urban-rural construction ministry. In 2011, our products were awarded as Hubei famous-brand products (Certificate No.: 2011(11)province). In May 2010, we were listed in promotion projects of building scientific and technological achievements by Hubei housing and urban-rural construction department (Certificate No.: EJK2010013). Our products fully follows the recycle economy concept of utilization of old and waste materials, low carbon and environmental protection, and they are green building materials which belong to the national key support projects.
Our company fully implements ISO9001-2008 international quality management system and ISO14001 international environment management system, and possesses a number of independent intellectual property rights.
Aiming for long-term development, we established a technology research and development center with Wuhan Textile University, and completed FRTP plastic formworks construction technique at the provincial level (Certificate No.: HBGF127--2010) with the science and technology department of the China Construction Third Engineering Division. The production process and construction technology have been fully improved. Xinlong has set up strategic partnerships with the China Construction Fourth Engineering Division, the China Construction Third Engineering Division and the Hubei Province Construction Group to combine market with production, which ensures enterprise production capacity more effectively and achieves sales of 150 million Yuan. At the same time, Xinlong also applied to State Administration of Grain Reserves for an important project demonstrated by National Reducing Grain Loss Engineering (macromolecule plastics granaries) in central south China with 10 million sets to achieve sales of 450 million. Now Xinlong is negotiating with the Guangdong Yangjiang Group to invest and complete an important project of aluminum formworks, framework FRTP aluminum formworks, aluminum support series and wood and plastic indoor floor series together, and the success of the collaboration will enforce rapid development of construction technology in the building field and make Xinlong achieve the annual sales of 500 million Yuan.
