NINGBO HARUN YIYE PLASTIC MACHINERY CO., LTD., was founded on 2010. We started producing plastic injection machine from the year of 2002. From the experience of more than 15 years' working and study, we established very stable quality control and product series for different customer requirements. Standard Servo Injection Molding Machine, PPR and PET Injection Molding Machine are our main product line. Our Servo Motor Power System using Phase Servo Motor, Innovance Controller coupling with KEBA or Techmation computer system, provide very good performance for the machine operation. For the pump, we use Erckerle, Sunny or Sumitomo brands. For the valves on the machine, we all use top brands such as Rexroth, Vikers, Sunny, Yuken, HP, Finotek etc, making sure the stability of the machine. An very important part on the machine is the screw. For all the screw we used on the machine, we use JINYI brand. This is a very famous brand in Ningbo. Good screw barrel can make sure the accurate of the injection movement and long lifespan of the operation. We use very strong strucure for the machine base and platens. We have a workshop for the manufacturing of platens for our machine. We also use planten from LIANDA company for big machines such as the model HRL758. This is a very good model for producing plastic chairs. For the hose, sealing parts and bearings on the machine, we all use famous brands, after so many years' experice for machine production, we have good experience for choosing the correct brand for each position on the machine. Another important part is the electronic cabinet. We use the PLC from KEBA, Techmation or EST company, the SSR for contactors, Schneider AC Connectors, Omron Micro Switch and Panasonic Sensors. The pressure gauge we use Skon or DMass, the hydraulic motor we use Intermot or Dandun, they are all very good choice for stable operation. We provide the models from 50Ton to 1380Ton, very popular models are from 108Ton to 758Ton, machines in this range has a very high demand quantity. We are always on the procedure for providing the solution of machine for stable operation, energy saving and efficient operation. We also developed new design for the finishing of the machine for a better looking outside. For afterwards service, we provide 24 hours a day, 7 days per week's response online. You can add us by whats app, skype or wechat for connections & we will always reponse immediately for service. We will provide parts supply by DHL if any part on the machine has problem. We can also provide the mold to you if you need, the mold will be runned on the machine for several days before shipment for making sure everything is fine.
