Anhui Happyang Children’s Articles Co., Ltd. (the Company), founded on September 16, 2009, is a general tax-payer industrial enterprise. The Company at No. 2, Zhongning Rd., Mingguang Industrial Park, with legal representative of Zhao Yong, registered capital of RMB 5.16 million. It mainly involves production and sale of children’s toys (baby carriages), children’s articles, fireproof door and antitheft door; production and sale of safety door, hardware, hardware fittings, home appliances, generator units, etc.; self-supporting and agency service of commodities, and import and export of technologies (other than the products and technologies prohibited by China). Furthermore, it has passed the ISO9001 certification.

The Company has invested the project in Mingguang Industrial Park with annual production of 1.5 million baby carriages and 90,000 safety doors, newly acquired 84.87 mu construction land with total area of 79,040 m2, and constructed 54,720 m2 workshop for baby carriages and safety doors, 15,360 m2 warehouse, 2,560 m2 office building, and 6,400 m2 living quarters for employees. Meanwhile, it has constructed matched water supply and drainage facility, fire extinguishing system, sewage treatment facility, road, greening, accessorial buildings, etc. Moreover, it has purchased one production line for baby carriages and safety doors respectively. The project invested by the Company is compliant with national industrial policy and has passed the safety and environmental evaluation successfully. In addition, the project has been completed and put into operation in November 2010, of which both production and marketing thrive now. By now, it has more than 200 employees.
It won the title of 2012 Mingguang Outstanding Enterprise Operator. and was awarded the 2012 Outstanding Private Enterprise by Chuzhou Association of Industry and Commerce, 2012 Outstanding Industrial Enterprise and Enterprise Reached a New Higher Revenue Bracket by Mingguang Municipal Party Committee and Mingguang Municipal Government.
