Thus the time efficiency is increased, and the zero inventory of nylon materials has realized.In 2006, Meilun testing center was established, and it is equipped with cleaning, perspiration, water stain, dry rubbing, wet rubbing, anti-yellowing and various color fastness testing equipment.Since 2008, the company has hired dyeing experts from Japan for guiding the promotion of color fastness after high-temperature setting of nylon. For 2 years' effort, the company developed "Tegu" nylon in 2010, and the color fastness can reach level four.In July 2010, Meilun Chemical Fiber passed the acceptance of 6S management.In 2013 and 2014, the company passed the A01 (chemical substance) testIn March 2014, "Tegu" series nylon passed the certificate of Oeko-Tex 100 level 1 certificate.In 2015,we have developed 'Jinsiyan'series nylon and polyester ,which is exclusively used in good quality socks of full nylon or full polyester .We have paid and have achieved harvest.
