We are suppliers of snail slime to be used for cosmetic and/or pharmaceutical (to be ingested) products.
After more than 5 years of activity, we finally got a unique production method, Cruelty Free, which ensures the analytical repeatibility of the product quality, with the highest concentration of active ingredients and total bacterial charge of less than 10 CFU/gr.
LUMACA-RE Is a snail farm, able to guarantee the required standards of the production of snail slime (according to a natural biological cycle) and the welfare of the snails, essential requirements for the development of the project.
So we can finally offer your Company a unique product with constant characteristics over time.
The characteristics that identify our product are:
- high concentration of active ingredients contained in the snail slime
- total bacterial charge of less than 10 CFU/gr (other specifications require a value of 1.000 CFU/gr; instead our analyses are on average less than 1 CFU/gr)
- natural preservative "potassium sorbate" in constant doses of 0,2%, used both for cosmetic use and for ingestion
- traceability of the product, that will always be accompanied by full production batch certificate of analysis done by accredited Laboratory
. daily production capacity of about 100 Kg
- repetitive annual analyses on heavy metals will be carried out on the raw material and on the land of cultivation
- availability of warehouses suitable for important repetitive orders
