AMC Vietnam Co. Ltd. is a manufacturer and exporter of Vietnam plywood since 2005. Our factory in Vietnam is producing many types of hardwood plywood, such as Birch plywood, Melamine plywood and Decorative plywood from 2.5mm to 35mm, with EPA Carb/TSCA certificate.
Our plywood is made from plantation hardwood core veneer of Acacia and Eucalyptus (these are even heavier and stiffer than Birch wood) 1.2mm, 1.5mm or 1.7mm for more layers per thickness, such as 18mm (3/4”) is with 13 layers (11 core + 2 face veneer), so we can have good bonding and panel’s construction.
We’ve been manufacturing the best quality of Vietnam plywood, avoiding core overlaps, core voids, surface telegraphing, etc., which can be perfectly used for UV coating, polishing, making grooves and tongues, etc.
AMC Vietnam’s plywood is carpenter friendly in order that many furniture and cabinet manufacturers in Vietnam, Malaysia and the USA are using our products in their production line.

· Veneer: Birch, Pine, Melamine, HPL, Tropical wood, Decorative (Cherry, Beech, Maple, etc) or as request
· Dimension: 1220 x 2440mm or 4’x8’ (other dimension pls request)
· Thickness: from 2.5 to 35mm (5.2mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm or 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, 5/8”, 3/4”)
· Thickness tolerance: +/- 0.3 mm for below 6mm, +/-0.5mm for thicker
· Core material: Acacia, Eucalyptus, Veneer core + MDF crossband
· Density: > 650kg/CBM (can be > 700kg/CBM)
· Glue: MR E0, WBP
· High pressure pressing for strong bonding
· Eco friendly, using only plantation wood material
· Borer, termites and fungus resistant
· Certificate: EPA CARB P2/TSCA T6
