BIOCIS SRL is a developing company, whose activity is oriented towards modern technological solutions, aiming at new performances, and the object of activity of the company is the storage, processing and packaging of grain seeds, technical plants and plants feed. The current technology system allows managing the entire seed processing process, from reception to the consumer.
This system combines a full range of seed processing machines and technologies that ensure: Separation of quality seeds from foreign bodies (earth, stones, powder, etc.), cleaning them from damaged seeds (broken, green, weeds, etc.), peeling as appropriate and packing them. Our machines are computer controlled, which allows us to offer our customers high quality. Technological processes are defined separately for each type of seed stored in the central computer to track each machine that is equipped with a PLC system (programmable logic controller). A management information system for controlling the flow of technology is used for the operation and monitoring of each machine.
At the end of the technological flow there is a new generation of tricromatic optoelectronic sorting machines, which aims at increasing the quality of selected seeds by maximizing the percentage of purity of the seeds (99.99%). In addition, it is possible to work in different working modes and the possibility of complying with the cleaning requirements of the product in question.
Each machine is equipped with a suction system to further remove dust and light bodies through a centralized system, which is discharged into a special external storage.
The company has flat-bottomed steel silos having a large aeration surface and permanent temperature control of stored grain, and the silos are equipped with complete reception, cleaning, storage and delivery facilities.
Finished products are stored and stored in the distribution warehouse. The seed stock is constantly monitored and protected against insects and rodents. Due to the large seed processing and packaging capacity, we offer seed processing services based on partner requests.
