We have just established our second paper unit with 300 TPD of packaging grades paper and are the single largest paper manufacturing unit in Qatar.
Our new machine is designed to produce TEST LINER, FLUTING and CORE BOARD from 110gsm to 400gsm as the main product which will cater the need of all packaging sector.
Our machine is equipped with state of art technology like, three wires, three head box to make multi-layer product with three stage press, unirun dryer and size press to have a stable production, to attain better strength proprieties and maintain quality as per the customer need.
Machine is controlled with latest automation system like QCS (quality control system) from Honeywell and scanner for monitoring quality parameters for better precision and stable quality, which can respond to quality variation within 30 seconds.
As an eco-friendly, the unit it is designed to use recycled/waste paper with a latest Effluent treatment system.
