Tian Jinzhongwang Aluminum Co., LTd is a wholly-owned subsidary of Liaoning Zhongwang Group Co., LTD. Founded in June 2011, Tianjin Zhongwang is designed to have an annual production of 1.8 million tons aluminum flat rolled products (FRP) in Phase 1. Tianjin Zhongwng is located in Wuqing District of Tianjin and covers an area of 6 squre kilometers. So far, Tianjin Zhongwang is the only aluminum manufacturer, who builds the workshops with the largest size, highest production capacity, fullest range of products and most modern equipment and technology in one plant site. The design makes the plant with the advantage of large scale and intensive production.

Tianjin Zhongwang makes big investment to purchase advanced equipment from abroad, including melting-holding furnace, casting machine, pusher-type heating furnace, 1+1+3 hot rolling mill, 1+5 hot rolling mill, stretching machine, roller hearth quenching furnace and aging furnace, 3-stand tandm cold rolling mill, 2-stand tandem cold rolling mill and signle stand cold rolling mill, intelligent high bay storage, tension leveling line, trimming line, air-floating type quenching line, packaging line and other finishing equipment.

The products are mainly applied in aerospace, shipbuilding, engineering industry, transportation, electronic and electrical industries, and especially these products can fill the blank in China market with its super size, high precision and accurate aluminum hard alloy. Some of the products are even the first innovation in the world.

All the melting and holding furnace are supplied by GAUTSCHI company. At the same time, Tianjin Zhongwang introduces full sets of AL-EMS, refining units and casting machines. In Casting House combustion media is natural gas. All production lines are equipped with AL-EMS, in-furnace refining and on-line refining devices etc. Computer controlled melting system can realize automatic combustion control so as to ensure the temperature uniformity of aluminum melt and furance chamber air and the stability of furnace pressure. Operation safety of furance is also improved accordingly. Tianjin Zhongwang chooses the titling type holding furance, which is good for producing high quality slab. As for the casting, Tianjin Zhongwang uses the hydraulic semi-continuous casting machine to ensure the controllability and stability of casting process.

Tianjin Zhongwang purchases 1+1+3 hot rolling mills from Germany SMS, which can satisfy the production requirements of aerospace plates, and are able to produce the highest level plates for shipbuilding, high-speed train and large-size container.

Tianjin Zhongwang purchase 1+5 hot rolling mills from Germany SMS. All the hot finish rolling mills adopt the CVC flatness control technology, which makes the mills have the best flatness cotnrol ability in the world and can supply the best shape hot rolled strip.

Tianjin Zhongwang purchased 6 sets of cold rolling mill (4 sets of single-stand mill and 2 sets of three-stand tandem mill) from Germany company SMS. All the mills are applied with SMS patent 6-High CVC techonology, and are currently the most advanced cold rolling mill in the world. The cold rolling mills are capable of producing aerospace sheet, can stock and automotive sheets.
