In 2011, SANYAM BANSAL after completing his course of leather technology, leather designing and management program in import and export from the most renowned government college of leather in INDIA [FDDI, NOIDA] chose to start his own manufacturing unit of leather garments, bags and belts but what he didn’t had that time was the practical experience in this industry for which he planned to work in the finest leather company in INDIA, TATA INTERNATIONAL, DEWAS. His exceptional knowledge and hard work got him the job in TATA INTERNATIONAL as a production assistant in the tannery unit and later to production in charge in the garments unit. After completing his 2 years and gaining a lot of practical experience he went for the vision he had in his mind of starting up with his own manufacturing unit. In 2014 he registered his firm AURA INTERNATIONAL and went for the trading of wet blue and finish skins in order to justify his talent within his mind of whether he will be able to source leather with the best quality or not. After two year of starting this business when he gained credibility and his standing in leather market he had that confidence that he will surely be able to export his products himself. Finally he started up his manufacturing unit in MAY 2017. He selects individuals who shares his value system and has the passion for business but lack the resources to take their business to the next level and such story started when kanishk vashisth [PARTNER] left his small business after meeting him and took over the responsibility of leather business .
