The flavor and nutritious quality of our raw honey is carefullly preserved by processing it with time-honered old world techinques, unlike most packers, who use temperatures up to 160 degree farenheit to pasteurize and filter, in order to avoid crystallization. We only warm our honey to under 105 degree farenheit to facilitate handling. We have 5 different varieties at the moment (Acacia,Linden,Sage, Polifloral and Sunflower) in jars of 245gr, 490gr and 940gr .
