We have a manufacturing plant with an installed capacity of sixty thousand (60,000) metric tons per annum (100 tons per day). The Oil section of the ETN CLASSIC DESIGN LIMITED is involved in the production of Coconut Oil, Vegetable Oil, Palm oil, Groundnut Oil, Sesame Seed Oil, Soybean seed oil, Castor Seed Oil, Baobab Seed Oil, Pumpkin Seed Oil… etc. We source all our raw materials and machinery from the best in each field.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
ETN CLASSIC DESIGN LIMITED has quality control in place for each stage of production. Our quality assurance team tests all our product samples using an ultramodern testing machine to ensure product safety and quality as well as consistency of the product and adherence to international standards.
OUR OTHER PRODUCTION LINE VALUE CHAIN
In Coconut Processing Line Value Chain, we add great value to the product by extracting virgin coconut oil bot hot pressed and cold pressed, extracting pure coconut milk, processing Desiccated coconut as well as processing the shell into coconut shell charcoal.
In our Sesame and Soybean processing line value chain, we add great value to the products by cleaning, de-stoning, sorting, extracting of oil, refining, deodorizing, de-acidification, degumming, de-colorization, bleaching and filtration of the oil before packaging and distributing into Nigeria local market and exporting raw sesame seed of 99.5% grade globally.
Our soybean oil does not contain much saturated fat like all other oils from vegetable origin. ETN soybean oil contains no cholesterol and it has natural antioxidant which remains in the oil even after extraction. These antioxidants help to prevent the oxidative rancidity. ETN Soybean oil is used by the food industry in a variety of food products including salad dressings, sandwich spreads, margarine, bread, mayonnaise, non-dairy coffee creamers and snack foods etc.
The company has promoted the palm oil industry by creating innovative ideas of packaging the product in sachet of 1L, 500ml, and 200ml which happens to be the first of its kind, before distributing to the local market and exporting the same product abroad for the consumption by Africans living abroad, as well as making pure palm oil available for the local community across Nigeria.
