Dear Sirs we are C.I.F. sales and delivery terms vendors of the following products:
- Coal (All specifications of North American origin)
- LPG of North American origin
- Petroleum coke of North American origin
- Crude oil (All specifications of North American origin)
1. The Buyer must email us an irrevocable purchase order (“I.C.P.O.”) and we shall confirm our reciprocal supplier performance ability within ten business days.
2. We would then furnish the corresponding draft sales and purchase agreement (“SPA”) to the Buyer within five business days, and enable the Buyer’s amendment of the same contract.
3. This would be followed by loading of the export vessel within twenty business days from the final written agreement.
