Debet Safety Ltd. was established in 1997 as a manufacturer and distributor of a full range of personal protective equipment, workwear and professional wear.
Our vision:We strive to exceed expectations of every customer by offering outstanding customer service, increased flexibility and greater value. We constantly step up our sales by securing long-term business partnership. Our main goal is to supply high quality certified products at competitive prices and keep up with current trends and demand in the market. Debet Safety aiming at a gradual but steady growth.
Facilities:We own easily accessible spacious office and showroom premises near the centre of the Baku. The company also has large and modern manufacturing and warehousing facility. Manufacturing locally gives us great advantage and allows us to be more flexible and competitive in terms of meeting customers’ and market requirements.
Manufacturing:Equipped with advanced technologies our production unit is capable of manufacturing products that comply with internationally accepted quality and safety standards. Using only high quality raw materials the manufactured products, such as general purpose, flame retardant, high visibility and other types of workwear conforms and certified to the EN ISO 13688, EN ISO 20471, EN 343, EN 342, EN ISO 11611, EN ISO 11612, EN ISO 14116, EN 1149, IEC 61482 and other European Standards and meet the requirements of Directive EU 2016/425 on Personal Protective Equipment.
HSE:Being a supplier of PPE we as almost no one else understand the importance of safety. HSE is an integral part of our activities. Company’s Health and Safety Management system was certified to ISO 45001:2018 standard. ISO 45001:2018 standard provides all necessary elements assuring the effectiveness of Health and Safety Management system thus making it possible for the company to achieve its goals and objectives.
Quality Management:Debet Safety’s Quality Management System has been assessed and certified to ISO 9001:2015 standard for manufacture and sale of Personal Protective Equipment. Management of all business processes is performed through a single enterprise resource planning system that allows to organize the management and production processes efficiently, improve productivity and quality.
Staff:Our staff consists of professionals in relevant fields. Everyone work as a single team to achieve a common goal. Our HR department carefully selects all personnel and aside from professional skills pay very much attention to personal qualities, such as culture, honesty etc. Management is taking part in all interviews, especially when it comes to key positions. The total number of the company’s staff is 150 persons.
