The year of establishment was 2003. We are located in Pho Noi A IP, Lac Dao, Van Lam Dist., Hung Yen Province, Vietnam where is near Haiphong Sea port and HAN airport, Vietnam. It takes around 2hours to sea port and 1hour to airport. Our company has 1,000 workers and staffs. We have been doing lean management; 5S and Kaizen continuously. Our machines are made from famous brand names in China; Japan; and Austria. All of our production processes have been doing in house from material to final step. Our company always search and improve our technique every year to improve and control better and better. With our people, technique and our business keys, we can supply with huge capacity and high stable quality for 4 main production fields as followings: PP non woven fabric: We have 3 fabric production lines: +2 lines with spun bond fabric with one S layer: 240 to 260tons per month + 1 line with spun bond fabric two SS layers: 120 to 140tons per month The surface of fabric is diamond dot; the thickness Min 12 to Max 200gsm; all can be customized. PP non woven finished products Fabric: by our self as processes above Cutting: diving and cutting machine systems to cut pieces. Sewing: 235 machines made by Brother Japanese. Machine bag: 1system to make heat sealing bag. Print: 1 silk print machines and manual silk print. Quality control and packaging: 1needle detection machine and all goods have been inspected 100% before testing by the machine. The products: shopping bag, suit or garment bag; products for hospital (cot sheet, coat and gown,so on.); one time using products and all of sewing products which are made by pp non woven fabric.
