     Our Ordering process: When You Placing An Order

    Items without graphics

          Many Items not requiring graphic production are in stock and available for shipment within 48 hours. We have attempted to note standard lead times for all products.

    Items requiring graphic production       These items usually ship in 4 business days from receipt of approved production-ready printing artwork. Rush orders ship in 1-2 business days from receipt of confirmed artwork.

    Products Shipping:

      ① For small and Urgent need orders will ship via DHL or TNT or FedEx or UPS… for delivery in 1-6 business days around the world

      ② For biger orders will ship by air or by sea

      Production time       Our Standard catalog products normally ship in 2-3 days in small quantities, 7-12 days for large quantities and Custom product Fast Turnaround - Depending on the model of stand and banner, if needed, our normal turnaround time is 2-5 days, with rush service available for even faster delivery. Payment options      We accept : VISA ; Paypal ;  ; T/T and L/C at sight

    When you receive the order   ① Open all packages immediately upon delivery and inspect for damages.

     ② If damage is found or suspected, please Save ALL packing materials including inner and outer boxes and all packing materials

      ③ If possible, photograph the damaged product and packaging

      ④ Report any damages to DS Exhibits within 5 business days. Damage caused in shipping but not reported to DS Exhibits within 5 business days of delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.

    Our return policy & conditions

      ① We will pay return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

      ② Absolutely no returns accepted on custom order displays including orders with imprinting or graphics unless the item is incorrect as a result of an error on our end.

      ③ We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

      ④ Custom printed products, stock design and stock color products are not eligible for returns.

      ⑤ Disclaimer: Refunds will not be issued for damaged or used merchandise

      ⑥ Hardware can be returned up to 5 business days after receiving. We must be contacted within that time frame to schedule the return pickup. Upon delivery, We will inspect the item and return it to inventory if it is unused and undamaged. Customers may be entitled to a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee and return shipment charges. Defective hardware can be returned up to 5 business days after delivery for replacement.  ⑦ Disclaimer: Refunds will not be issued for damaged or used merchandise.
