If service is needed, DiligenCe will, at its option, exchange the spare parts without charge for parts or labor. If DiligenCe authorizes an exchange for the defective unit, DiligenCe will ship a replacement spare parts to you with your next order, and the broken product or spare parts don't need to be sent back to DiligenCe company.
