China Timber Group locates in Nianzhuang Town, Pizhou City, Jiangsu province, China. In 2008 the Sino-US joint venture Xuzhou JiangYang Wood Co., Ltd and JiangHeng Wood Co., Ltd were established for plywood factories.

Later 2016 Forest Cabinetry Co., Ltd was established for a high-grade quality of cabinetry products for N. American Market. The factories now have 26 plywood production lines of film faced plywood, commercial plywood, packing plywood, anti-slip plywood, melamine plywood, plastic plywood, marine plywood, flooring wood, HPL, LVL scaffolding plank, LVL, LVB with production capacity of 220 containers per month; while cabinetry products capacity of 50 containers per month.
