BYGRACE Mining Company (BYGM CO), is a mining company in the Democratic Republic of the Congo whose objectives are, both in CONGO and abroad, either by itself or through third parties, natural or legal persons, either jointly or by participation, in Prospecting, research and exploitation of Minerals and quarries of mineral substances or quarry products, marketing of cassiterite, coltan, gold and wolframite, diamond, copper, cobalt, silver, uranium, lithium, zinc, manganese, cadi Minium and its guides, consultation and production of studies in the fields of mining, subcontracting of mining and industrial labor, import and export.
However, it may generally carry out any other commercial, industrial, movable or immovable transaction relating directly or indirectly to its corporate purpose or which would be likely to fully facilitate its achievement. It may take any direct or indirect participation in any operation whatsoever that may be related to one or other of the specified objects or likely to promote the achievement or development thereof through the creation of new companies, contribution, subscription or purchase of titles, shares or corporate rights, merger.
The company cooperate with both local artisanal miners and cooperatives in different sites namely KALEHE, SHABUNDA, WALIKALE and BOMA. These sites located in Kivu have produced many long-life, high-grade mineral discoveries and have the potential to host a variety of deposit types.
Bygrace Mining Company believes there is significant potential for the discovery of substantial base metals, gold mineralization, gemstones and precious stones within this land package and has identified a number of areas that show evidence of base and precious metals endowment which have had very little modern systematic exploration completed to date.
