CITICIC Luoyang Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 1981, formerly is one subsidiary of CITIC ,known as CITIC Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd.  In July 2005,  it completed the joint-stock reform and is a group company integrating product development, design, production, manufacturing, installation and technical services. After years of development, it has become one of the major heavy machinery manufacturing bases in the Central part of China.
